Specializing in lobbying, Ilia has been in the consulting sector for seven years, including corporate lobbying and interest representation of foreign investors in Georgia. Ilia holds a Master’s Degree in European Studies from Maastricht University (Netherlands) specializing in European Industrial Lobby as well as a Master’s Degree from the Georgian University of Public Affairs, in Public Policy and Administration and a BA Degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. His experiences includes working in Brussels for the Georgian lobby group EUGBC (EU Georgia Business Council) and Norwegian oil giant Statoil’s PA office in Brussels. Ilia has also worked on issues of economic reintegration of conflict zones of Georgia at the Georgian ministry for reintegration, and issues of International trade, mainly specializing on Georgian-Turkish trade relations. Ilia fluently speaks English and Russian.

His prior experiences include working with international corporations like Energy Invest LLC and Eurasia Steel, as well as a variety of international & donor organizations like US Aid and Eurasia Fund. He holds B.A. in Financial Management from Caucasus School of Business (CSB) and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgia University. Has been in the consulting sector for the past five years. Specializing in commercial and corporate law, Irakli has more than ten years of experience in legal practice, holding a Master of Law (LL.M.), University of Cologne (Germany) and has been a member of Georgian Bar Association since 2005. Apart from long-term private practice as a Lawyer, Irakli has also worked for the National Agency of Public Registry, as Deputy Head of Tbilisi Registration Office and at the Centre for Enterprise Restructuring and Management Assistance (CERMA) as a senior business-consultant. Irakli fluently speaks German and Russian, as well as, basic English.
Teona holds a bachelor’s degree from Ilia Chavchavadze National University in Journalism and has over 15 years of experience in notary services. She has extensive knowledge and experience in registrations and public registry. For 12 years she has been occupied as an assistant to the Chairman of the Notary Chamber of Georgia and at Georgian Notary Chamber’s National Archive. Teona Joined Equinox consulting in 2018.
Angela holds an M.A. in International relations from Vladimir Dahl East Ukrainian National University. She worked as a manager at the scientific journal “Georgian Politics” and PR manager at Ukraine-based Investment fund. She fluently speaks Russian and English.
